If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may receive a full refund (minus any shipping costs of initial purchase if applicable)
by contacting us within 7 days after the package delivery date. *Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

Jewelry maintenance tips to consider before requesting a return:
*Please keep all necklaces closures twisted tightly closed. There are small, crushed crystal chips inside the Crystal necklaces that can fall out if opened. The crushed crystals are housed inside a stylish plastic & stainless-steel vessel, which allows for clear view of the beautiful crystals while limiting the chance of breakage.
*Do not shower, swim or bathe with necklaces on.
